These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Native Swipe community ("Native Swipe", "we", "us"), operated by Wiki Digital Ltda., CNPJ 48.510.542/0001-30, headquartered at R Mistral (Jd Bom Clima), 332 — Edif The Point 209A EMX, Cuiabá – MT, 78048-222, Brazil. By purchasing membership or otherwise accessing Native Swipe, you agree to these Terms.
Membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to the classes, content portal and community channels described on our homepage, for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.
Membership is billed at the price shown at checkout (currently US$ 49.90). Charges are processed by our payment provider on your chosen billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for each renewal unless you cancel beforehand.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account area or by contacting suporte@nativeswipecommunity.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period — see our Refund Policy for the 7-day guarantee.
Native Swipe is a professional community. When participating, you agree not to share your access credentials with people who are not members, redistribute or resell class recordings or portal content, use the community to spam or solicit unrelated services, or misrepresent campaign data shared inside the group. We may suspend or terminate access for members who violate these rules, without a refund for the remaining period.
All classes, templates, campaign breakdowns and other materials made available inside Native Swipe are owned by Wiki Digital Ltda. or licensed to it, and are provided for your personal use as a member only.
Native Swipe provides education, templates and networking — it does not manage campaigns on your behalf and does not guarantee any specific business result, revenue, ROAS or other performance metric. Examples and case studies shared by members reflect their own individual results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiki Digital Ltda. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Native Swipe, including decisions made based on content shared inside the community.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Native Swipe after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be submitted to the courts of Cuiabá – MT, Brazil.
